I hate to complain about this most amazing artist, but GOD, I wish he hadn't messed around with his perfect face. I loved his original curved nose, which was so distinctive and regal looking, and I especially loved his pointy canine tooth which gave him such a foxy smile. It makes me sad to think that he' might have done this because he lost confidence in his looks
You know... I agree with you (100%) but I believe it is also a change in his style and personality. He is not the same person today as he was before military. He probably thinks that the way he looks today suits him better. And I am not sure we can say that he lost confidence in his looks as he has never really felt confident about it anyway..! (lol). And also I think that what we miss today is the previous version of him - more of a rebel, less of the "nice guy" that he wants so much to be today - but he is more of an adult now, we have got to do with it... When I listen to his last songs, I tell myself that if we have lost a bit on the side of looks, we have won a lot on the side of music. He is writing music better and better as he matures. We can't have it all...
